Chicago Stars Mallory Swanson announced that she is pregnant. There were many speculations when she did not report to preseason training. There has been nothing but love and support. Swanson return to play will depend on postpartum recovery. Now no one from the Triple Espresso are playing at the moment.

Scary news that came on Friday May 9th when Savy King (20 years old) collapsed in the 74th minute against Utah Royals. She laid down and was looking to be very tired, awaiting on assistance. Then personnel quickly went to her aid and ended up administering CPR. It took about 10 minutes to have her off the field with an oxygen mask in place. After the incident both teams gathered for a moment of prayer and support. Angel City confirmed later that evening that King is responsive and will go under further evaluation.
